The terms and conditions apply to the use of the Bonnie Blu website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these. 

Please note, these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is up to you to check these regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access the Bonnie Blu website.


Bonnie Blu (legal name Bonnie Blu Ltd trading as Bonnieblu.co.uk) is registered at 31 Kintyre Crescent, Glasgow, G77 6SR, Scotland. The Company Registration Number is SC650342. The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Bonnie Blu, when you buy a product(s) from BonnieBlu.co.uk. The terms do not affect your statutory rights. Your contract for purchases made through Bonnieblu.co.uk is with Bonnie Blu Ltd.

You certify that all details you provide to Bonnie Blu for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card, PayPal account, Stripe account or bank account you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not fit these prerequisites then please do not use this site. You agree that e-mail can be used as a means of communication.

Bonnie Blu reserves the right to end the agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:-

  • you breach any of our terms and conditions
  • you fail to make payment to us when due
  • when requested by us, you fail to provide within a reasonable time, enough information to let us  check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
  • we suspect you have engaged, are about to engage, or been  involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on Bonnie Blu
  • you provide a false name and fake payment card. Anyone caught doing this will be reported to the relevant authorities and prosecuted


When placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set by Bonnie Blu. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the individual nature of some goods. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If Bonnie Blu does not have enough stock to deliver the product we will notify you straight way. You will have the option to wait until the item is restocked or you will be refunded within 14 days.   All prices listed on the Bonnie Blu website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. 

Prices listed in alternative currencies are subject to fluctuations in currency and may change on a daily basis. All prices shown include vat/sales tax at the current UK rate. Where applicable (i.e. for customers with an invoice address out with the UK & Europe) vat will be deducted at the Checkout stage and detailed on your order confirmation. Payment will be taken in GB pounds sterling. Bonnie Blu is not liable for any charges your credit card company or bank may make for overseas transactions. You will pay all ancillary costs over and above the price including delivery and local and regional customs duties and tariffs. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Bonnie Blu until we accept your order. We will confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you an email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given to us in your order form and will detail the product(s) ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P) and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as via email on [email protected] as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us. We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.


We accept most major credit/debit cards. You can also pay by PayPal, Stripe or by direct bank transfer to our UK bank account. Please note we do not accept cheques. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment will be taken in GB pounds sterling. Bonnie Blu is not liable for any charges your credit card company or bank may make for overseas transactions. Bonnie Blu does not store any credit card information when you purchase through our website.


You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your request in writing to [email protected]. If you wish to post your cancellation request our mailing address is Bonnie Blu Ltd, 31 Kintyre Crescent, Glasgow, G77 6SR, Scotland, United Kingdom. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.


Please check the delivery times for your specific country. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address you gave in your order. For international shipments, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.


If you wish to change or cancel your order once it is placed then please contact us as soon as you can via email on [email protected]. We will try our best to make any changes unless the order has already been processed. If it has already been processed then you will have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. Once we receive your email that you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your payment card will be re-credited to that payment account within 14 days of your order, provided the product(s) you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Bonnie Blu, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side. If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you get your product(s), and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 working days allowed under the Consumer Contract Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 14 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods). Certain products are non-refundable. These include products that are personalized, custom-made and ones which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Please check the product details before ordering.  


You may return products back to Bonnie Blu within 14 days from the date of despatch for a full refund. You may be liable to pay for the return of the product(s) to us. Please read our Cancelling an Order/Returns Procedure section.  


Bonnie Blu will be happy to exchange the same product(s) that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of despatch, provided stock is available. 


Bonnie Blu will not pass on your details to any other company without your consent. To learn more please refer to our Privacy Policy. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your Bonnie Blu log in details, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.


We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in the Bonnie Blu website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to check all the details before ordering from the Bonnie Blu website. 

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

If for some reason you receive a product(s) which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or faulty, are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall do our best to rectify, replace or repair any damaged or faulty product, or refund to you the amount you paid for the product in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email us on [email protected] within 14 working days of delivery of the product. You must return the product to us, unless we otherwise notify you that return is not necessary. 

We have taken steps to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on our website, however, due to a number of different factors such as internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. 

The products sold on the Bonnie Blu website are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from Bonnie Blu. 

We have taken steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible, however, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseeable breach in our computer’s secure servers. 

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. 

We make no warranty that the Bonnie Blu website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Bonnie Blu website. 

We cannot be held responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Bonnie Blu website. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights. 

We accept no liability in contract, delict (including negligence), in pre-contract representations (excepting fraud or negligence) arising from the conditions for: economic loss including loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings. We accept no liability for any loss of reputation or goodwill.

Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees. 


All rights, including copyright, in the content of the Bonnieblu.co.uk website are owned or controlled by Bonnie Blu Ltd. In accessing the Bonnie Blu website, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the Bonnie Blu website pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Bonnie Blu Ltd.

If you wish to request permission to use any of the photographs or other content from our Bonnie Blu website for Press purposes please email us on [email protected]. 

We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Bonnie Blu products are those stated on the Bonnie Blu website. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.


Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances. 

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to being bound by the foregoing terms and conditions of access. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Scottish Law applies to this contract. Those who choose to access the Bonnie Blu website from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
